Product Details

Pulse Dust Collector

The pulse dust collector has characteristics such as large air handling capacity, small footprint, high purification efficiency, reliable operation, simple structure, and low maintenance. The dust removal efficiency can reach99%or above. It is a mature and relatively complete high-efficiency dust removal device.

1, This dust collector adopts a divided chamber stop wind pulse jet cleaning technology, overcoming the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and divided chamber reverse blow dust collectors. It has strong cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small footprint, stable and reliable operation, and good economic benefits. It is suitable for the purification of dust-laden gases and material recovery in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical, electric power, and light industry.

2, Due to the use of divided chamber stop wind pulse jet cleaning, thorough cleaning can be achieved with just one blow, thus extending the cleaning cycle, reducing cleaning energy consumption, and significantly lowering compressed air consumption. At the same time, the fatigue level of the filter bag and pulse valve is also correspondingly reduced, thereby greatly increasing the lifespan of the filter bag and valve plate.

3, Using an upper bag extraction method, when changing bags, the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box after the skeleton is pulled out, and it is taken out from the manhole, improving the bag changing operation conditions.

4, The box body adopts an airtight design, with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials, and during the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leak detection, resulting in a very low leakage rate.

5The inlet and outlet air duct devices are compact, with low airflow resistance.

Technical Features

(1)No pre-dust removal equipment is needed, capable of handling dust concentrations up to1000mg/m3with emissions less than50mg/m3, and the process flow is simple.;

(2)Embedded elastic bag mouth, good sealing performance.;

(3)Few pulse valves, strong cleaning intensity, and rapid action.;

Working Principle

When the pulse bag dust collector is operating normally, the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet. Due to the rapid expansion of the gas volume, some coarser dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia or natural sedimentation, while the majority of dust particles rise with the airflow into the bag chamber. After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust particles are retained on the outside of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper box body from the inside of the filter bag, then is discharged into the atmosphere through the valve plate hole and exhaust outlet, achieving the purpose of dust removal. As filtration continues, the resistance of the dust collector also increases. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the cleaning controller sends a cleaning command, first closing the lift valve plate to cut off the filtering airflow.;Then, the cleaning controller sends a signal to the pulse solenoid valve. As the pulse valve sends high-pressure reverse airflow used for cleaning into the bag, the filter bag rapidly inflates and produces strong shaking, causing the dust on the outside of the filter bag to fall off, achieving the purpose of cleaning. Since the equipment is divided into several box areas, the above process is carried out box by box. When one box area is being cleaned, the other box areas continue to operate normally, ensuring the continuous normal operation of the equipment. The key to handling high concentrations of dust lies in the extremely short cleaning time required for this strong cleaning.(One blow only takes0.1~0.2s).

Application Range

Widely applicable to the purification of dust-laden gases and dust material recovery in industries such as machinery, building materials, cement, food, pharmaceuticals, feed, metallurgy, chemicals, electric power, and light industry.
